Ursuline Primary Teachers Education College Chandrapura will be run by "Ranchi Ursuline Socety" (The President and the Team) It is a long awaited dream of  the people of near by districts- Dumka, Godda, Deoghar, Sahebganj, Pakur, Jamtara etc. These areas are under developed. Very few people are educated who are living in the cities and towns. Hence these areas are in urgent need of its development. Education is the only Aid & a Dynamic Force by which they can be rapidly helped out. Almost all the schools are run by less educated and untrained Teachers. Due to lack of trained teachers, the existing schools and cannot provide a good education program. The students get incomplete education. The Primary education Program. The Primary and Middle schools arte in a very deplorable position. Therefore the Society in willing to start the Institute.

The Institute will be completely a Private and un-Aided with Minority, managed by Ranchi Ursuline Society. The College has already received N.O.C (Non Objection Certificate) from Jharkhand Govt. on 11th March, 2006.

AIMS and objectives of the College : 
To train Effective and dedicated Teachers imbued with Religious and Moral values, who will function as agents of social change. 
The College through its academic and co-curricular activities especially aims at- 
1. Creating a suitable and providing the trainees with the necessary conditions and opportunities for their growth as good and full fledge Teachers, conscious of their responsibilities as Nation Builders. 
2. Inspiring in them love and respect for all religious and helping them to become agents of peace and harmony. 
3. Training them in leadership, self-reliance, development of one's aptitudes and potentialities spritual intellectual physical, emotional, artistic, athelitic etc. 
4. Training them to guides in education and in the formation of values and character. 
5. Teaching them the right use of the H's- Head, Heart, Hand and Health. 
6. Including in them the spirit of universal brotherhood, equality, justice and peace.
